Ali’s vast litigation experience includes handling complex civil litigation, employment and executive compensation matters, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage issues.
Ali understands that litigation success is measured not just by the quality of the advocacy but also by the quality of the outcome. Obtaining positive, cost-effective resolutions tailored to his clients' business goals is Ali’s primary objective in advising and defending his clients across various practice areas, including professional liability, labor and employment, and complex commercial litigation.
Ali takes pride in his commitment to providing clients with a holistic view of the matters he handles, keeping them consistently informed, and advising them of all options so they can make the best possible decisions.
Ali has handled a variety of commercial litigation and has represented the world heavyweight boxing champion in a dispute over the purse of a canceled title bout, an Oscar-winning film producer in a complex film investment fraud matter, a high-profile television personality in an employment dispute with a major news network, and large estate disputes.
Ali was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Executive Board at New York Law School and is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
